Merch Troop is a live event printing crew based in Fullerton, California. We don't keep a Charlotte storefront. We're the team that ships presses, blanks and staff to Charlotte and makes merch in front of your guests. The city sits 2,100 miles from the shop, so gear goes by freight and the crew lands a day early.
The station goes where the event is: Charlotte Convention Center, hotel ballrooms Uptown and in Ballantyne, taprooms in South End and NoDa, UNC Charlotte events in University City, and race-weekend hospitality out toward Concord.
Why Charlotte teams book us
- Every method in one crew: DTF, hat bars, embroidery, promo goods and screen printing, run side by side when the event calls for it.
- Art your brand team signed off: proofs go out before the trip, so a headquarters approval chain is never a surprise on the day.
- Sizes XS to 4XL on hand: guests get a shirt that fits because it's printed on demand.
- Charlotte-metro events handled end to end: travel and lodging folded into one clear number.
