Live screen printing in Charlotte means a press, screens and ink on your floor and a printer pulling each shirt while guests watch. It's the right tool for one- to three-color art at volume, like a sponsor mark at the Convention Center or an event design on a Spectrum Center concourse. If your live t-shirt printing art is a photo or has a gradient, we run it on a DTF station next to the press.
We bring presses, flash dryers, ink, blanks, tables and a trained crew, all shipped freight from our Fullerton shop, and set up wherever the Charlotte event is, from an Uptown ballroom to a NoDa pop-up. The standard station runs two presses with two printers and clears 100+ shirts per hour at full tilt, which is what a busy Convention Center booth needs.
When the press is the right call
- One design, many shirts: the same art on every piece is where screen printing is fastest.
- Something to watch: the pull and the flash cure draw people in from the aisle.
- Art locked early: each color needs its own screen, so the design is set before the freight ships.
It's the usual ask for NASCAR Hall of Fame events and Panthers game-day activations, and it pairs with a live DTF station when you also want full color or names in the same footprint.
Race-weekend math: a 45-minute break between sessions gets you about 45 pieces from one press, and roughly 75 from the standard two-press station.
