Ballantyne is corporate Charlotte: office campuses, conferences and ballroom events with an agenda and a brand team behind them. Merch at those events has to match the brand book, so art gets proofed and signed off before anything ships, and the station prints only what was approved.
Campus programs run on a schedule: a town hall, a break, a session, a reception. We size the station to the breaks, when people are actually free, and keep the queue out of the hallways. The presses come by freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, so setup never competes with your first session.
Stations for a corporate campus
- Live screen printing: one approved design for every employee, at 100+ shirts an hour from two presses.
- Live DTF: department names or a full-color logo lockup without new screens.
- Live hat bar: a more premium option for a client reception.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware and totes that stay on a desk long after the conference tee is forgotten.
When the program moves for a dinner or a show, we follow it to Uptown & Convention Center, South End, NoDa Arts District, Plaza Midwood, and the rest of Charlotte.
Ballantyne ballrooms and campus rooms need about 10×10 ft per station and two dedicated 120V circuits. Ask facilities to hold them for the day.
Send the campus or hotel, the date and the headcount; procurement gets an itemized quote within 24 hours.
