South End events tend to happen in rooms built for something else: a brewery taproom, a loft, a space rented for one night of brand activity. That shapes the station more than anything else. A compact build, often a DTF press or a hat bar with one screen press beside it, prints shirts, caps and merch while guests watch.
Floor is the tight part. A taproom might give us one corner, so we plan the line to keep clear of the bar and check early that our two circuits aren't shared with anything else in the room. The kit ships freight from our Fullerton shop and the crew lands a day early, so the build can happen before the doors open.
What works in a South End room
- Live hat bar: small, quiet, and a good match for a brewery social where people drift in and out.
- Live DTF: full-color art and names for a brand night that wants something personal.
- Live screen printing: one event design at speed when a launch pulls a crowd.
- Promo & hard goods: printed totes or drinkware for a crowd that already owns the tee.
A seated dinner in a South End space sends guests up in waves between courses, and one station handles that fine. A 50-person offsite here rarely needs more than one either. If the program spills into another part of town, we also cover Uptown & Convention Center, NoDa Arts District, Plaza Midwood, Ballantyne, and the rest of Charlotte.
Room check for South End: one 10×10 ft corner per station and two circuits of our own, not shared with the bar.
