Plaza Midwood events are mostly nights out and private parties: a smaller crowd, guests who came to celebrate, and a room that wasn't built for a trade show. A styled station that prints favors during the party fits that far better than a full press line. We bring it, run it and pack it out.
For a reception here the ask is usually personal: a monogram, a date, a design only this party gets. Embroidery and the hat bar handle that well, and a DTF press covers custom tees in any color. Everything ships freight from Fullerton, and the crew lands a day early so the station is ready before guests arrive.
Party-sized stations
- Live hat bar: guests build a cap during the party, and it makes a good photo.
- Live DTF: a custom tee with the date or a name on it, in any color.
- Live screen printing: one design for the whole group, printed fast.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware or totes as favors.
Planning something bigger, or across town? We also cover Uptown & Convention Center, South End, NoDa Arts District, Ballantyne, and the rest of Charlotte.
For a private room we need about 10×10 ft for the station and two circuits it doesn't share. Tell the venue early so those circuits get held for us.
Give us the Plaza Midwood venue, the party date and the size of the guest list, and the itemized quote follows within 24 hours.
