What we check before the freight ships
Each event type puts different demands on the room, so we check the load-in route, the power and the line path before we plan the station. A Convention Center booth, a private Uptown gala and a concourse near Spectrum Center all set up differently.
Everything comes from our Fullerton shop: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables, signage and the printers. It ships freight to Charlotte and the crew lands a day early. A standard station needs about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits, and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour with a simple design menu.
