We ship the presses to you and print on your floor while guests wait. For a Charlotte date the gear leaves our Fullerton shop by freight, the crew flies in a day before load-in, and each guest waits about two minutes between ordering and hand-off.
Four steps, from brief to strike
- Brief and art. You send the date, venue, headcount and logo files. Charlotte teams often come with a brand book and a sign-off chain, so we proof the art early and get it approved before anything prints.
- Freight and travel. Charlotte is 2,100 miles from the shop. Presses, dryers, blanks and tables ship ahead, and the crew lands a day early so a late truck never becomes your problem.
- Load-in and build. At Charlotte Convention Center that means a dock time and a drayage slot. In a South End taproom or a Ballantyne ballroom it's usually a door, a cart and a lift. The station gets built and tested before doors.
- Printing live. Guests pick a design and a size, watch it printed, and walk off wearing it. When your run-of-show ends, we strike and pack for the return freight.
The setup fits most Charlotte rooms: a hall at the Convention Center, a Spectrum Center concourse, a hotel ballroom Uptown or a sponsor midway in Concord on race weekend. Outdoors in the Charlotte heat we add shade, because a hot tent slows the crew. Date changes are easiest with two weeks' notice because of freight. Tell us about your event and we'll map the setup.
