Plan on $5,000 to $15,000 all-in for most Charlotte events, and staffed programs start near $5,000 with travel included. The presses ship freight from our Fullerton shop and the crew flies in, but that's one fixed line on the quote. It doesn't grow with your guest list.
Four things that set a Charlotte number
- Headcount. More guests means more presses, more hands on the floor, and the blanks to go with them.
- Hours on the floor. A two-hour reception in NoDa and a full show day at Charlotte Convention Center are very different budgets.
- Garments. A basic tee, a retail-fit shirt and a hoodie sit far apart on price, and the blank is often the biggest single choice you make.
- Stations. Adding a second station, often a hat bar, roughly doubles both output and cost.
Because the travel line stays put, bigger Charlotte events get cheaper per shirt. A 600-guest activation at the Convention Center doesn't cost twice what a 300-guest one does. Race-weekend hospitality works the same way: the crew stays through the day and you pay for the day, not per window.
