Want custom t-shirts for a Charlotte event? We print them at the event: your design, your colors, each one made in front of the guest, who waits about two minutes.
Printed in the room, not shipped in
A normal custom tee order in Charlotte means a file, a proof and boxes arriving days later in sizes somebody guessed. We ship the press instead. The station sets up at your Charlotte Convention Center booth or NASCAR Hall of Fame event, guests pick a size, and the shirt they leave with is the one they chose.
What we can print
- Tees - soft tees in a full XS to 4XL run, printed to order by size and design.
- Hoodies & crewnecks - heavier pieces for a cool-weather Charlotte event.
- Caps - build-your-own at the live hat bar.
- Totes & hard goods - promo items for guests who won't wear another tee.
Screen or DTF for a custom tee?
For one bold design on a lot of shirts, live screen printing is the fastest and cheapest per piece. For full-color art, photos or a name on each shirt, live DTF printing has no color limit and needs no screens. Send the art and we'll tell you which it suits.
Why print it live: no warehouse wait and no guessing sizes weeks out. Guests keep a shirt they watched being made, and that's the one they wear around Charlotte afterward.

What we check before the freight ships
For a custom tee job in Charlotte we check the load-in, the power, where the line forms and where guests pick a size before the press. A Convention Center booth, an Uptown reception and a South End taproom each answer those differently.
Everything comes from our Fullerton shop: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables, signage and the printers. It ships freight to Charlotte and the crew lands a day early. A standard station needs about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits, and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour with a simple design menu.
