Need custom merch in hand at a Charlotte event, not a week after it? On-site printing is same-day by nature: the station prints during the event and guests leave wearing it.
No gap between order and shirt
The press runs at your Charlotte venue, so there's no production wait between a guest's order and the finished piece. They choose, we print, they wear it out, and each guest waits about two minutes. The planning happens ahead of time: art, blanks and freight from our Fullerton shop.
What we can make on the day
- Tees & hoodies by screen printing or DTF.
- Caps & patches at the hat bar.
- Totes & promo goods for a gifting table or a sponsor booth.
Where same-day matters in Charlotte
A Charlotte Convention Center booth that booked late, a pop-up, a NASCAR Hall of Fame event: none of them has to worry about a delivery missing the date. Tell us the date early, since the presses ship freight to Charlotte and the crew flies in a day ahead.
Tight timeline? Send the date and headcount anyway. We'll tell you quickly whether freight and crew can make your Charlotte date.

Charlotte planning
What we check before the freight ships
Same-day on the floor only works if the day is planned, so we check the load-in route, the power and the line path ahead of the trip. That looks different in a Convention Center hall, a private Uptown event and a pop-up near Spectrum Center.
Everything comes from our Fullerton shop: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables, signage and the printers. It ships freight to Charlotte and the crew lands a day early. A standard station needs about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits, and two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour with a simple design menu.
